Bringing Back the Good Old Days

Shropshire's has been farming in the Fens since 1952, when Guy Shropshire bought his first 300 acre farm near Ely. The rich, black soil is ideal for growing salads and vegetables and today three generations of the Shropshire family work the farms in Cambridge and Norfolk. We grow both conventional and organic crops. Most are hand-harvested and packed in the field before being rushed to market to reach you at their freshest.
