Beef Olives with Chinese Leaf & Red Wine

A recipe with a traditional base, created for us by Fenland food expert Alison Sloan. Olives of beef were being eaten in Cromwell’s time. Stuffed slices of beef would be served with a sauce of butter and red wine.
